Physical Therapist 

Dove Home Health Professionals is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in Douglas County with flexible schedule up to full time.

Manage your own schedule, no shift work, no weekends or holidays.

Fleet Vehicles available for visits.

 

The Physical Therapist will work directly with the Clinical Manager to ensure best practice in a patient centered care delivery service model. This position performs evaluations, and develops effective patient treatment plans to restore, maintain or prevent decline of patient function, by planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards in the home setting.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of an accredited program with either an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in the science or applied science as applicable to discipline.

  • Current certification or license as required by State law.

  • Must have proof of current/ valid driver’s license, and car insurance.

  • Excellent communication skills and case management skills needed.

  • Home Care management experience preferred

  • Computer Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.

  • Prior homecare experience preferred.

  • Physical mechanics include; prolonged or considerable walking or standing lifting or position transfer of patients, supplies and equipment with considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, or crouching.

Certified Nursing Assistant

Dove Home Health Professionals is seeking a Home Health Aide (Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to Home Health Aide services in Douglas County for clients in their own home with flexible schedule up to full time.

No shift work, no weekends or holidays.

Fleet Vehicles available for long distance visits.

 

The Home Health Aide/CNA will work directly with the Team Coordinator and Nurse to ensure best practice in a patient centered care delivery service model. This position performs bathing, dressing, light housekeeping and meal preparation and delegated nursing tasks such as wound care to clients in their own home once trained.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:​

  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification-preferred.

  • Must have proof of current/ valid driver’s license, and car insurance.

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Computer Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.

  • Prior homecare experience preferred.
